Jessica Chaffee has served as Principal of Santa Cruz Catholic School since January 2021. She began her career as a classroom teacher before moving into leadership as Development Director at St. Louis Catholic School and Santa Cruz Catholic School. Jessica holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton.  She is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, faith formation, and a strong sense of belonging and inclusion within the Santa Cruz community.

Outside of school, Mrs. Chaffee treasures her vocation as a wife and mother of two boys. She also loves to run and is an avid marathoner, finding joy, energy, and perseverance in training. She considers it a blessing to share her days with the students, families, and staff who make Santa Cruz such a special place.
